If anyone out there has a Cadd drawing Autocad, ProE, Solid Works, Etc, and is willing to share, please e-mail them to me and I will make a JIG or two at the shop. This way there can be one more to go around.

KDP Jigs

Mr Hemi

A few more jigs to send out is not the problem, I have more made. The problem is to find a responsible person to volunteer their time to "manage" them - (keep track of who has it and tell them where to send it next). With my busy schedule and time on the road there's no way I can do it. Half of the first batch I sent out disappeared almost immediately because no one was watching.

I put too much time and money into making these to have them sitting on someones workbench collecting dust or stolen by someone using them for their own personal gain.

I too have the same problem, no time to spare. Most of my time is spent working, usually 16 hours a day 7 days a week, sometimes 20 hours. Would love to be able to help in keeping track, but just do not have the time to remember my name half the time, let alone keep up to date on the TDR. Not looking to steal anyone's design/idea just thought that I could throw together the tooling and program to run off a few on the CNC, in my spare time, usually the time others spend sleeping.

CPFF,

I am sure all the members who have used your jigs really appreciate the work you did. Hopefully they have expressed their appreciation with a gift of some sort. I still need to get mine done, but I would be willing to keep track of two jigs, not sure if I could handle more than two effectively, since I am self-employed and have a busy schedule too. From reading the posts I conclude that they are numbered. Maybe some others can handle keeping track of a jig or two.
