Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I friend of mine who is a mechanic called me the other day and said his shop was empty and wanted to know if I wanted him to fix the front gasket that I thought was leaking and tab the KDP. I have been trying to do these two things for several months but due to school and getting married I never done them.
Anyway, I dropped the truck off in the afternoon and then got a phone call from him later that night. He said the dowel pin had already come out. The front cover was cracked and a 1 inch hole busted out the side of it.
After waiting 7 days for the parts it is finally fixed and my wallet very empty :{ :{ :{ .
If you have not tabbed the KDP PLEASE PLEASE do so. It is alot cheaper the fixing the alternative.
Just in case anyone was wondering my truck had 95,000 miles.
