Well I finally got my kdp fixed. Even though my dowel pin didn't move a bit I tabbed it anyway. I chose the tab method I didn't like the idea of metal chips in the gears.

the tab is just better. u see the problem, its tabbed and done with. no metal in the motor, its done forsure. Like i said before it takes a little more time, but on a 5-6 thousand dollar motor, isn't it worth it? I think it is!
