Not wanting to sound like a woman but,

Don't know if this would work for a cat but it got rid of a dog problem I was having. A neighbor's dog kept peeing on my right front truck tire. I could not catch him at it. I kept gun handy for a couple weeks and no luck. I decided to get him at his own game. I got an old tire and wheel out of the barn, wire brushed it real good and placed it front of the right front tire. I then hooked the electric fence charger to the old wheel and grounded it real good. I poured a 5-gal bucket of water in front of it turned it on and waited.

I did not see it happen but I know he got his parts charged good when he peeed on it. It scared him so that about 3' away he dumped a load. :D

I did not see that dog for months and the problem stopped for good! Oo.

dog dodo

on another note. How to keep from having to clean up piles from neighbors dog in your yard. Pour bacon greese over the pile & the dog will come back & clean up after himself. :--)

That is one of the finer ideas of this crazy thread. I wonder if you should send that in for Miss Manners or Heloise's Household Hints in the paper:-laf :-laf \

One from Redd Fox:

How do you cut off a cat's tail?

Take away his Cadillac.

On another note, the suggestion about red pepper on the hood works, you can also mix it with water and spay in your garden to keep cats out.

101 things not to do with a cat on a truck

I'm actually going to tell you guys one thing you shouldn't do with a cat on a hood, but thought the 101 would resonate better ... The one thing you shouldn't use it for is to perpetuate a thread that has run out of steam.

Toward that end I'm calling for an end to the cat thread. If someone has something to say about this miserable animal, suggest that someone else hold its head under a 4" diesel exhaust until there's nothing left to write about.

Better yet, share your pent-up feelings about cats by pressing someone's PM button. Hey, you might even fall in love with the person you're writing to. Thanks for your cooperation.
