Not wanting to sound like a woman but,

Well I happen to like pus/cats! Kidding aside. Mine get on my trucks and cars. Just leave a little hair. Never had any damage done. Leave a window down and they won't get on the paint! They also eliminate any other odors.

Unfortunately, you have an `04. It's a violation of federal law to tamper with a cat once it is on your truck. :D

This has GOT to be the best response imaginable! Good thinking! You win the prize.

Put the can of tuna and some cat nip on the neighbors Ford...

Or, in the case of the obnoxious neighbor, PopCorn on the hood - the birds love it.

Seriously, maybe just hose off your truck before ya go to bed..... cat's hate water!

I had that trouble with my cat a few years back. I put a cheapo self contained alarm system in the truck. Mounted it to the underside of the hood and set the sensitivity way up. It scared him away from the truck for good. IF you were worried about scratches during the conditioning period you could put a cover over the hood.

I know the feeling the cats here at home love the dodge as much as i do, the first time they were on it was when i had the hood up doing something(can't remember what) came back out and there they were one lying up next to the windshield under the hood and the other curled up on my valve cover asleep, so i took pictures as evidence;) , the next time i was in a not so good mood and they were on the hood(closed this time) so they got the broom treatment.

I have to say if they are not scratching it then just let them be but be careful if you scare them off your going to get scratches as when they get excited the claws have a tendancy to come out. But i also prefer a shotgun that works wonders also, but only if they are not near the dodge.

Cat

If you guys could see what a packrat did to the insulation under my hood, you'd be glad to have a cat sitting on your truck.

Speaking of cats and rats, if three cats can eat three rats in three minutes, how many cats will it take to eat 100 rats in 100 minutes?

I had a cat problem too with strays, they always seemed to go on the truck with muddy feet right after I washed it. I called the SPCA and complained about some nasty cats, they set up some traps and no more cats. They really don't do any damage to the truck though, its just irritating to come out in the morning and see the little footprints all over the hood and windshield.

How many cats?

Nope. I should have asked people who answer to provide their logic. That way I would know who's guessing and who's not.

And to keep moderators happy, I should have asked the question this way:

If three cats can eat three rats in three minutes while sitting on the hood of a Turbo Diesel truck, how many cats will it take to eat 100 rats in 100 minutes?

Unless this is a trick question I'd say 100 cats. You have a 1:1 ratio of cats to rats in the first part that results in a cat being able to eat 1 rat per minute. To me this sounds like calculating man hours on a project.

Nope, not a trick question. It's also not a correct answer. Think about it real carefully and work from the beginning.

C'mon now, use your noggin. Begin at the beginning. If three cats can eat three rats in three minutes ...

I use a paintball gun. Just turn the velocity down so it won't kill the cat, hit them a couple of times with a . 68 caliber paintball, and they tend to stay away..... :0

Only other answer I can think of is 3 minutes for a 100 cats and rats. It seems as long as there is that 1:1 ratio the time will be based on that. As long as the number of cats equals the number of rats will it always be 3 minutes?
