Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) keeps down shifting

Its a 2001 4x4 cummings auto it downs shifts at will i have changed the sinolids in trans they say it now something else any one else had this problum ? Some times it runs great, for a few days , it had codes , P0230 transfer pumpckt out of range, P0341 cmp singal error , p1690 Inj pump ckp+ecm ckp disagree , p1693 mil fault in companion module. we cleared codes and check engin light has not returned but still dropes out of overdrive Help please
