5th wheel stabilizer jacks ??

Wide Load Regulations

I currently have an 88 Yukon Wilderness Fifth Wheel that with the addition of our 3rd (and final) daughter, we have outgrown. I found a Keystone Sprinter Fifth wheel bunkhouse that my wife and I really like. Its a 2004 from a private party. Does anyone have any recommendations, good, bad, or otherwise about this brand? Is there anything specific that I should look for? The next trailer I buy, I would like to have it last for another decade if possible. Do you think that this one could be it? Thanks in advance (again)!

Keystone Sprinter (293 Copper Canyon)

We have a 2005 293 Copper Canyon, same as the sprinter, great camper for the money. We have only used it three times, since I am overseas. Things to look for are the plumbing, on our second time out the water pump started to leak, just tightned up the fastners. The second problem I have is the grey water valve leaks by, still need to fix it next leave period. Otherwise great fiver

I have a 98 Keystone Sprinter with dual slides. I love it. Bought it used a year ago. No probs yet.

As with any used RV, look real close for water damage. Look inside cabinets, check for soft spots on roof, cracks in fiberglass. Cracked fiberglass=rot behind it. Cracks happens from too much flex due to rotted wood backing on the fiberglass. If you see bugles in fiberglass, water has got in a seem and swelled the wood backing on the fiberglass. Take lots of time and inspect every nook. If there are slides on the unit, check for water damage around the slide.

Don't forget to inspected cargo bays and the basement for water damage.

Keystone website has specs for 04 year trailers if you want to check them out. keystonerv.com

Thanks everyone for your info. I got the Sprinter on Wednesday. Can't wait to take it out. Now for the fun... unloading the old one and putting all of our stuff into the new one.
