The New D/FW Dyno results....March 16

What do you say guys & girls???

I have been waiting for someone else to come up with a chapter in central Pa but no one has so I guess I will. Is there any interest?

I don't know quite where to start so maybe you guys who have chapters started elsewhere cam PM me and give me some pointers / ideas.

Thanks,

George Rudy

i think you could cout me in as long as work lets me free, i also got a buddy who might be interested. we live in PGH. keep me posted

thanks edOo.

Ok,,Just got in from the road so I'll answer your question,,Last August on a beautiful warm and sunny afternoon we started a chapter that encompasses the PA/MD/WVA area and even other areas( New England,NC,VA and other I'm sure I forgot),,While I'll never say this area will not be able to support another chapter I'd only ask,why try??,,Now,I'm not saying for you not to,but, with one already in its infancy and growing steadily why not help us make it better and fun for all those belong,,So my answer to this would have to be,there is one, just not called the "Central PA" chapter,,Any questions drop me a note..... Andy

Well Andy, I don't have a problem with that. I had no idea there was already a chapter started for the area. I had searched through the TDR and the web site and nothing was listed. I have about 6 or 8 names of interested partys. Why not post some info about your chapter and then all who contacted me can contact you. Let me know what I can do to help.

Local Chapter

Read all the posts and thought I'd jump in and give some info. . The chapter is the Mason Dixon TDR. It's listed in the quarterly TDR magazine. You can e-mail me at -- email address removed -- or our treas/secy -- email address removed -- for more info. We also have started a website , listed below in signature. We'd be glad to have you aboard and it looks like our next get-together will be on April 27th at the MDR Big Rig Nationals. See post https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35126

Hope all this helps.

I'd interested in being made aware of any get-togethers in the central PA region. I'm near Williamsport.

local chapter

George 00,

Hey george, I thought I mentioned the local chapter to you but I guess I didn't. I belong to the Mason-Dixon chapter. The guys are as good as you can find anywhere and I'd like to see you join us.

Hi Neighbor!!!

Lock Haven guy originally, now up towards state college. Jump into the MDTDR. I haven't made a meet yet but the last one sounded like a blast.

Chris

Yea Bill I guess you did. I guess I just didn't consider WV "local enough" But what the hey. I think I'll just scrap this Ketstone Idea and join up with MDTDR.

George

Chris,

I see you are from Howard. I float by you on my boat when I go to Blanchard Lake (or whatever its called). Do any fishing there?

Roy

Yeah, I'm on the other side of the ridge from the dam, lake or whatever they call it. I fish a little down there but all from the shore (no boat:{ ) Never enough time to really enjoy it though.

I am up fer anything... . just let me know... put me on any list ... .

so that said...

what is the plan? I gather there is one already covering the area. So are you trying to establish another one?

Cole

Yep, decided that instead of conflicting with an already established chapter that I would just join them. The next get together sounds like a great time but it will be Spring Turkey season for me. Tough decission..... turkey hunt or go to a TDR event mmmmmmmm??????????:D

That's what the wife keeps telling me but they just aren't as much fun to chase, in fact those store raised turkeys wont even gobble!:D
