Is anyone running a Kilby OBA setup with a set of Twin turbos? I read on the Kilby Forum that someone was running a set of BD twins with the Kilby compressor, anyone out there doing it? I am looking at a set of twins for towing after I get a full DTT transmission in the truck, and was thinking of BD's setup. Pictures would be great if you have any.

TIA

What is a Kilby OBA? My BD compounds are in my avatar also.

Kilby On Board Air, here is a pic of it installed on my truck, obvoisly the Frantz bybass oilfilter would be relocated or removed completely with a twin setup.

I also thought about my KORE Race shock towers are those going to be in the way too? Might have to settle for a big single???

Big Singles do not tow well.

Do you have any other photos of your twin setup? I would like to see 90* shot from the engine block on the pass side so I can see how far foward the piping comes. I think it will fit in there with the compressor. Also do you have anything on the lower end so I could maybe see clearances for my shock tower?

Thanks

I just can't believe no one out there has a set of Twins with a Kilby OBA or KORE Race shock towers to confirm clearances???

If I get a chance I will take a pic this afternoon, dont know about getting one with the shock tower, I will try.

Thank you I appreciate the help. :)

Looking at your sig, I will probably end up with about the same setup as you, what do you get for fuel ecomony with that setup?

You can probably gain another 2 inches of clearance by sliding the top pipe back, there is enough space between the piping and hoses to do that.

Mileage w/Smarty on kill, empty truck on the interstate 70/75mph, 18/19mpg hand calculated. Smarty on sw3, pulling my 5th wheel(heavy), never made 10mpg, but we were still travelling 70/75mph. That was with the Standard Revo while towing, and 411/RevoTNT while empty. Jess
