I realize %'s are small for this occurance but effects can be catastrophic.
I believe this is an obvious defect & DC should be, if it is not, backing their product up regardless of whether your in warranty or not. (Toyota rebuilt my motor for free that was many years & 100 thousand miles out of warranty--due to defect)

Who has experienced this problem & how was it handled?
