exactly how hard is it to kill the kdp. i read the article in the latest issue and it didnt give me all the info i wanted. i have a 93 d250 with bout 270k on it. if i truely have to remove the entire timing cover as it appears, it looks like it will be a real project. can someone who has done it to a first gen. tell me around how long it took them and how difficult it was? thanks



IT does take some time, but it is pretty easy. Sometimes it sounds harder than it turns out to be. Shoot, I just got done grinding my fuel pin :) and tweaking my own pump:D. I did get my seal in a little crooked, and someday will return to that, but it only leaks a couple drops from time to time. I got the kit from TST and was easy to follow instructions.
