The story is pretty obvious as to what happened, the Evens Dedicated Driver ran into the cop car WHAT A STOOGE

Puts his wallet in front of the on board camera so they cant tell he was looking at pictures or talking
He said he was looking at a passing truck but if you notice the truck passed and is way ahead of him before he hit the cop car
