I was considering purchasing a set of Kleen Wheels dust shields from Geno's Garage for my '98 2500. I have Weld polished Typhoon wheels on my truck. I got a little lazy cleaning them, and had a tough time getting the brake dust off. It seemed to be baked to the aluminum. I finally got them clean using Eagle One aluminum wash and finish grade ultra fine steel wool. My wheels now look brighter and shinier than new. Has anybody installed a set of Kleen Wheels on their truck? Do they work as advertised? I've heard they cause excessive brake heat. Is this true? They claim they increase brake venting. I don't see how that is true. Any feedback or comments good or bad would be appreciated. -Thanks Glen
