kn 880 filter????

What is in tube or is kn 0880 ONLY filter. Where do you get it. how much $$$

Don't know what you mean by 'tube' but the 0880 is a cone shaped filter, about 14" long.



You can get one from various places like Summit Racing for $40-50. There is also a pre-filter sock you can get for it, but since your in Seattle I'd doubt you'd have much need for it.



You might also want to look at aFe's equivalent. I just put one in yesterday. Don't know if it is any better then K&N's, just wanted to try something different. I will be putting a sock on it.



With either unit, you'll need a 1" wide piece of 4" exhaust pipe to fit inside the filter, then your snorkel will go over the filter base, and clamp it up. Works great.

Eric... bunches of us have the RE-0880 filter up here in Seattle. Some with a prefilter(me), some with the psyscotty(MikeR and Even and Scollins). If you ever get towards enumclaw, let me know and you can check mine out. I am sure others would be happy to discuss/show you their setups.
