I installed the Chase system and had the same problem with the rear packs. The pins were pushed out as someone described, like a y. A buddy had a milling machine and we milled them out just enough to make them fit right. Had the system on now, for about 6k miles and no trouble at all. They are right with the advertising, it does make the truck handle like a sports car. Two notes for future installers that I didn't realize at first.

1. If you want dust covers on the front shocks, get them early and put them on when you do the system. Its a PIA to do it later. Rears, no problem.

2. Make sure you mark the frame, where the stabilizer bar sits in the front. With it dropped, you may locate the shock reservoirs in a position that will make them rub on the bar when you hit a bump. Leave room from the marks for the bar to move up the frame when the suspension bottoms out or you will be hitting the reservior. When you have the bar dropped, it is easy to overlook this. Been there, done that, relocated the reservoirs.

Good luck with your installs, you will love the system.

I'm gonna have to call KORE because my springs are clearly marked passenger and driver... and something about alpha??? Just want to make sure I've got the right ones before the install...
