has anybody adjusted their caster, camber without taking to alignment shop after installing their kore system. i would believe that we would have to lengthen the bottom arms to get it back to the way it was. since every truck is different and may not perform best within spec, why have the dealer align it? just wondering what is a good starting point, on how many lines to move it after installed.

Yes you need to lengthen the lower arms a little. Try a couple lines and drive for a while. If the steering wheel is still centered you did it pretty evenly. Before you start be sure to mark the original positions. I think that is the key. You can alway regroup and put it back if you don't like what you feel. Then try a different seeting. I first went full caster but it was too much, I think I backed it off about half way between full and the stock position. It's really good now.

Not enough caster will cause poor return to center, wandering, and a general vagueness on the steering wheel. To much caster will result in heavy steering. A little extra caster will sometimes work wonders in making a worn truck drivable.

It's amazing how each truck is different. After I put my coils on, I had it aligned. Caster was still in spec and at +5*, which is where most tend to agree caster needs to be to defeat the DW issue. Never even had a hint of it. Of course, the stock alignment may have been jacked up from the factory and the TRex fixed it. :-laf
