Scoot,
Go ahead and give yourself a good a day to work with it. You probably won't need all that time, but better not to be rushed.
First get some good jack stands and support the frame behind the lower control arm mounts. You do not need to use a spring compressor. If you remove the trac bar bolt at the frame end, and unbolt the tierod end on the passenger side, your suspension will droop down enough to remove the stock springs without compressing them. Take a hammer to the knuckle where the tierod is being held, do not use a pickle fork, or smack on the tierod end itself. It will eventually pop out of it's tapered hole after a few good wacks. The replacement spring is slightly longer, and a little more cumbersome, but it will slide right in. You might have to twist it in place once you get it started.
After everything is installed and tires are back on the truck, remove the jackstands and set your truck back on the ground. Have someone turn the steering wheel while you lie underneath and wait for the track bar bolt hole to lineup. Slide the bolt in, tighten it down, and you are done.
The instructions should be satisfactory, but if any more guidance is needed, do not hesitate to call KORE, or your local distributor.
