I towed about 9000 with my PACE system on my 97. It was fine. It did look a little low in the rear, but that was because of the "leveling" of the system. It looked a little low in the rear without the tt on. I still used the weight distribution bars. My opinion is it did what it said it would. No excess bouncing, no sway. Worked very well for me.

I don't have any pics after i installed the straps. I will try to take some soon and post or e-mail them. They might be hard to see well as we are deep into a grimy winter and i havn't steam cleaned the underside of the truck.

I will see how they come out and advise

Thanks Dan... ... ...

I have also had good experiences with towing with the KORE basic system. I did have to add Firestone air bags to get back to level again, but that is with a 12,000+ 5th wheel trailer with about 2,000 in pin weight (including hitch itself). In total, the KORE plus air bags works really well for me...

I love my Race system. Kore is great! I would do it again in a heartbeat.

RankRam sent you a PM. I have PDF files of the Recon, Chase, Race system install instructions. Race system instructions has pics of the limit strap install, it is very easy just need a small welder and drill.

If anyone needs these just shoot me a PM with e-mail address.

Does anyone know the prices for the billet shock towers, the chase control arms, and chase steering damper... . all for a second gen?

According to the site you can buy some things seperately... . I am almost positive that they sell what I listed in pieces with the exception of the shock towers. I guess I will have to call.

Kore parts

Jason Hughes@HRC is a Kore distributor. He can give you an answer. Control arms, steering stabilizers are sold separately. Jason's # is 619-298-3568 He's here in S. D.

I also bought Gregs :{ race system a year or so back and when my truck hits 90mph it's like floating on air, just awsome :--) just be sure to use a e rated tire because a d rated tire is too soft on the sidewalls and you will feel it.
