Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) kudos for quadzill

I've been having problems updating my XZT+ module. So last week I made another attempt to upgrade with no success. Thinking it was the module I did a search on this and other sites to try and find the solution with no sucess. I called Quadzilla and was able to work with Jeremy who quite possibly may be one of the most professonal, polite and smart folks I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He went way beyond what was needed including putting a new upgrede on their web site for me to try and make the update work. The problem was with the update drivers on our computer, but it tooks many hours for the two of us to work through. The truck runs great and the module updates in no time. It's one thing to have a great product but it's a complete package when the product has great customer service and tech's that know their job and how to wokr with a customer to find the problem. Skip
