Thought I'd make a public acknowledgement of the fine folks at Espar.

I bought one of their heaters during the group purchase back in the beginning of the year. I held off installing, because I decided to sell my truck and buy a new one --- so there I sat with a new ESPAR in the box waiting for for my new truck. Then it dawned on me that the heater would not fit on a 2001 model (at least I knew them to be different part numbers). So, I called ESPAR the other day and talked with Manfred about exchanging the heater -- didn't know if this would fly though.

To my pleasant surprise, Manfred shipped me out the pieces to modifiy my current unit to fit the 2001 model -- NO CHARGE! Can't beat that type of service and customer satisfaction. Now, I will be all toasty warm in those cold winter months ahead. (hehe -- it's over 80F today).

P. S. -- that is new part number two for a truck that hasn't arrived -- Grover Air Horns and an Espar Heater. NEXT!
