Kudos to Sam Peterson

about a year and half ago I contacted our member Sam Peterson about brakes--we had a little chat and I ordered front discpads and rear shoes for my 99 truck--I had worn out my front pads at what I thought was an extremely fast rate--anyway Sam told me that I would get at least 20k miles out of his pads--boy was he right--I just changed the front pads and got 25k out of them and probably could've gone another 1000 or 2---thank you Sam---chris

I just orderd a set of the Carbomet pads from Sam too. I have 85k on the truck and the fronts are down to 15% and the backs are 60%. Not bad for stock pads huh? I probly should have orderd stock pads again with those results but I want to see if the stopping power is better and compare the longevity.
