KW with a HUGE Radiator

This thing has a humongous radiator / cooling package. I've never seen this model of KW before. Didn't get the hood up but there was a red oil pan so guessing ISX Signature 600 possibly.

Heavy lowbed hauler, move a lot of Cat equipment with it. They have several of these big boys..

In visiting us because the APU (Thermoking Tri-Pac) was having some low voltage issues..

We have a couple log truckers and heavy haulers that have the big nose out here, they are still pretty rare though.

According to the door tags it is a T-800. Signature ISX 600 for sure.

600 hp

1900 ft lbs torque.

RTLO20918B Fuller / Eaton 18 speed. Rated for 2,000 ft lbs of torque.

Eaton 46,000 lb rears.

Pretty good sized highway hauler...

Looks like a standard KW vocational- see 'em around here all the time. Of course, during a Texas summer you can't have TOO large a cooling system!

Several of these floating around Alaska. Have seen a few as pusher trucks for big things making the trip from Valdez to the North Slope.*
