Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) "Kwikspool" Question

I have a PDR HX40 with a Kwikspool 12cm2 housing. Where can I get a new style,(band clamp),wastegated 14cm2 housing machined to fit the 40 exhaust wheel?Also,was wondering which would spool faster,(exhaust side),the 40 with the machined housing or the hybrid 40/35 with the 35 housing.

Hmmmm,I would think that all things being equal,a 40(same size compressor wheel) and 14cm2 WG housing,the 40 exhaust wheel would allow that turbo to spool faster than a 35 exhaust wheel because of more drive area of the 40 wheel. Does the hybrid 40/35 spool faster do to less weight/mass of its smaller wheel?
