How many bright LED lights can You put on a Dodge Truck??

Well I put them on all 4 sides. 789 of them. As low as 3cents each.

They don't even blow a 5ampfuse.

I had to search and try 4 kinds untill I found these bright ones.

sealed with #2 silicone.

See my album

Were did you buy the L.E.D. lights?

 Were did you find this lights at & do they have a web address. Any info will be a help.

Looks GREAT, and Good Job.

Cost is a big factor for me

Where do you get them. That what I should do to my truck. I have some lights but not as many as you. Now tell us where we can buy them.

O. K. here's where I got them, chinese made,

http://www.hebeiltd.com.cn/?p=leds.5mm.GaAl

The part # for the yellow is 520PY9C all the specs. are there, but the voltage spec.

is wrong. For example it says 2. 0 to 2. 6 volts each, if you put 6lights in parallel,

you would need a current of 12 to 15. 6 volts to light them, our trucks run 14. 25volts

so that would seem correct, but they burn to bright for a few seconds then fade.

So I know the spec. is wrong, I run 7 lights in parallel and that is perfect. They

should last as long as you live.

I also added extra turn signals front and back, on the front I used white part #515xW8C there you put 4 lights in parallel to get your correct voltage. Yes you have to drill a lot of holes (but this is my hobby) Like in the front, you take the lower plastic

air dam off and mark your holes , 1in. to 3/4in apart 2 rows, groups of 7 for the yellow

you have to be good in souldering, I use speaker wire, you don't need thick wire because these only draw milliamps. These lights are the brightest I ever saw.

My brother has a gravel drive, stones stick in my tires then ,,I already broke 2 lights

so I seal them with #2 silicone, I cut my way into it and replace it.

in the rear I use channel angle aluminum. and red part # 520PR2C

Anybody wants to try this I will help them with advice

You wanna use blue? green? maybe the copper will advise you about that.

Dude, that is an insane number of holes to drill and wires to run!! You must have added 10+lbs of wiring to your hot rod... :-laf Looks cool, aren't LED's great, maybe they'll be OEM for everything except for Headlights very soon??

This has given me a insane idea for my trailgate! My wife is going to kill me! Take a tail gate, draw out a name on the back, 2 rows of lights. One connected to the running lights and one connected to the brakes lights. The brake light on will also have a flarsher in it like the row of LEDS that you can get from Genos Garage. That will wake everybody up behind you!

Or paint the Rams head on the tailgate in red, then do the lights into it, with serveral rows of lights. Some on the running and some on the brake.

She is so going to kick me butt! #@$%!

Thinking more on this, se the lights so they don't sit all the through the tailgate, do the painting drill it through, have the lights sit resesed in the gate so they are flush with the outside edge of the gate. Then use the same material as is used for Clear bra on the front. Nothing gets in and fewer bulbs get broken. Car wash safe!

You could put a decal on drill it out for the pattern, take it off or leave it on, put your lights in, but Clear bar on top!

What do you guys think?
