Laramie Tow Mirror help

For some reason, my Laramie did not come with the chrome tow mirrors. I got the chrome, power, multifunction mirrors that are too small IMO. So I called the dealer and they are telling me they can not get the chrome tow mirrors???? Only the standard black tow mirrors. Does anyone have any idea what the deal is with this?

Update, I had the dealer run the vin on a 3500 laramie (on their lot) with the power chrome heated tow mirrors with puddles and signal. The mirror did not come up at a tow mirror (maybe because they are standard on 3500). Anyway, I was then told that they called Chrysler and were told the mirror on the 3500 would not fit the 2500???? I can't see why that would be.

I got them on my 3500 and I didn't order the chrome package. When I looked up why, it said they were standard.

I'm in the same boat. Dodge twice has flat out refused to sell me the tow mirrors. You can not order tow mirrors if they did not come with the truck. I got my dealer to order me the tow mirrors using a Vin. number from a different truck in their lot (2011 Laramie). They run around $430. 00 each. But they are giving me them at cost because that was the deal they made when I bought the truck. They are Chrome with the blinker and puddle light.
