the front end was block sanded tonight so it should be painted by monday and the bed is probly going to be in prime this year so I can start bolting stuff on big hold back right now is the transmission George

looking real nice!!! hey how do you post pics? i'd like to post one of my drag truck project back when it was a running truck in the 80's. . it was doug dorings first drag truck a '74 chevy flip fiberglass hood, shortened wheelbase, straight axle front end, ladderbars with coil over and 9" ford rear, originally ran a 6v53 detroit with allison 540 trans... i deciced to sell myrace detroit engine rcnetly and i think i will build my spare cummins up and put that in the drag truck chassis... it should go go and run similar to your truck george. . as this one is simailr setup... the pic i have of it is a old race photo of it lined up with the famous "cats meow' ford pickup with v8 cat in it. . cool pic any how if you guys tell me how to post it that would be cool

george that truck is looking sweeter and sweeter the graphics job is awesome!. . thats hard to beat a really sweet looking race truck . . most race vehicles are 50mph paint jobs if you know waht i mean ha. . yours is high quality. thanks for the compliment on my truck . . your project is keeping my interest going for my rig. . life is a pain no $ no time, and too much of everthing else ha

Hey George, is that a fiberglass tilt front end? if so how hard would it be to do a 97. not for racing, just a thought to make serviceing the engine a little easier. by the way great job on the truck. thanks Ian

Ion the problem with the one piece is its great to work on the eng once its off but getting it off is a pan in the ass you have to have 2 people I wish this front end had a seprate hood lot more user frienly

hey geogre whats your last name. ive lived here for 19 years so ive prolly seen ya. now 215 race is that on the end of the street on the body shop side . how long age did u live here. did u happen to live by the carrols. o and your truck is bad a$$.

yea the green 2 story across the street from the body shop we had the 70 road runner race car last name is Cobb it was around 91
