Latest RB1 NAV CD

Does anyone happen to know what the latest part number is for the navigation disc for the RB1? Does it use the same disc as the RB4? Also do they both use the same manual?

The Rb1 information DVD is different from the RB4 CD. I don't have the info of the RB1 right now.

The latest version I have in my 2004. 5 is 05064033AA. One other thing, once you install the updated version nav the older versions won't work in the head unit anymore. The nav customer service number is 1-866-733-5492.

I just called the Alpine Company by useing the phone number on the front of my nav disc and I was told that the newest version of the software will be released at the end of this Feburary. The new nav software # will be 05064033AD ( this number is a approximation following the other versions). The latest on the market right now and since the summer of 04 is # 05064033AC. This software is for sale now but is two years old and sells at the cost of $150. 00 from Alpine so you may want to wait for a few more months for the latest version before spending. :-laf

Thanks for the heads up. Guess I might as well wait until the end of February. The way they are building here in Reno, Nv. we would need a new disc every month!
