Well, more reason to comfy with DC... a Viginia-based consumer advocasy group has joined with plaintiffs in North Carolina against DC for selling vehicles it bought back thru lemon law, without telling the new buyers what they were getting. Chrysler buys back around 100,000 vehicles a year under lemon law, and resells 95% of them back to dealers. According to DC, the dealers are supposed to disclose the lemon history of the vehicle to the consumer... the vehicles are sold as 'used'. Found this on Speedvision.com .
