Archived Leaf spings for a 92

I would like to find a pack of leaf springs for the left rear of a 92 W250. I would go possibly 100 miles or so if I could get them quickly. I would like to try to get my truck at least in driving condition instead of having my dad drive 950 miles to take me and my truck back to Cheyenne. I believe 2wd,4wd,250 or 350 springs will work from 74-93 model Dana 70s. It has seven leafs. I would like/need to get this done by tomorrow or Fri. to be on the road by Sat. I have a rental car for now.
