2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission leaf springs?

I need to know how many leaf springs their are on a 2001 3/4 Ram. I took out the leaf springs (lower the bank end to fit a 5er). Now I decided to put in a regular camper on the back, Also, need to know how large the spacer was to.

My 2001 has 4 leaves+one overload with a 4. 5" block.
