Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) leaking delivery valve

i set my timing and there did not seem to be any copper washer when i took the delivery valve out so i did not put the new one in and the engin ran great for about a day now the delivery valve is leaking did some of the pumps not have any washers in them or what

it's the rubber o-ring that's leaking.



I had the same problem. I got mine at the local injection shop.



I thought it was the seat leaking, but I didn't realize there was fuel on the other side of that o-ring, I thought it was just to keep crud out of there. but it seals low fuel pressure.



been there, done that.
