Autometer Pyro probe leaking!

6.7 Fuel pressure gauge reading

I have never had a Bio related issue with our systems... other than filter stopping up.

If fuel sloshes away from the suction tube, you will have a momentary drop or fluctuation in pressure. This mainly happens about 1/4 tank or lower with stop and go driving.

Ok Dan, Thanks! Also, for those that think these things are noisy, Mine is not. When my truck is running, I have to put my head down by the running board to hear it... Also, my truck does idle smoother with the FASS and I like the 3 micron filtration...

Cheers

AHHH... . ok... . your pump will be at Scott's tom... . left tonight on Red... along with the (Viton) Ball and o-rings and Return Manifold.

The pump arrived Thursday installed that night, left for my trip Friday and everything came out great! Thanks for making everything work out for this to happen! The new Viton ball took care of my priming issue. This new pump is so silent I cannot hear it at all. I was so glad I got that Return manifold. I was able to fill while running. Not being able to do that was my biggest gripe of the FASS. Thanks again!

Dan,

Will this hurt the FASS? I have that exact issue with mine (FASS 150)- below 1/4 tank pressure drops to 0 when I am stopping due to fuel going to the front of the tank. It tanks 4ish seconds for the pressure to come back up. Will that hurt the FASS? Since I have a CR I am not worried about the injection pump as much, but don't really want it to run out of fuel and die when I stop either. Is there any fix out there? I assume making use of the factory fuel module/puck isn't going to flow enough on the inlet side (assuming a plumb the return into the puck as well)?

Thanks,

WOT
