Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Leaking Injection Pump?

I have some kind of an oil leak that appears to be coming from the back of the injection pump or the back valve covers. Any ideas on what it might be. I can see where the return line goes into the pump and that whole area is coated with oil. I do not have to add oil to the engine though hardly at all between oil changes. Any ideas?

I had lots of leaks on my truck, oil, fuel you name it. You mush wash and degrease to find the source.

fordiesel69 is correct. Start with a good cleaning. #@$%!

Then look at the valve cover gaskets.

From there go to the line behind the pump towards the front.

I R&R mine with a little difficulty.

There is a oil return line that comes off the back of the P-Pump and goes to the motor which is probably leaking. Its tough to see as its down behind the pump itself.
