It may be your vacuum pump - see if it is engine oil or if it is PS fluid. Or a better question would be have you had to add any PS fluid?. Maybe wash the bottom of both the pumps to isolate which one is really leaking.
Get the seals from CPFF. If the drive dog on the pump is burred you will knick the seal and need a new one. Some people haven't had luck replacing the seal in the vacuum pump but I replaced my pump with a NAPA rebuild and did the seals from CPFF and its been dry for over a year.
