My '96 cab leaks water. I've had the windshield replaced and the back slider resealed. Where is it coming from?

It's probably the 3RD brake light\cargo lamp. You can make a rubber gasket for it or you can seal it with some clear silicone. I had soaked carpet for ages until I resealed it,thanks to reading it here that it was a fairly common problem. I went the rubber gasket route,as it isn't as messy, and easier to remove, but silicone will do the trick just fine.

A new gasket from Dodge works ok. You have to careful to make sure the surfaces are clean. It's pretty cheap. Mine has lasted for quite a while.

leaky 3rd brake light seal

I removed my third brake light and found that the seal was made out of foam rubber and acted like a sponge, flowed water into rear of cab.

I had noticed a build up of moisture inside the truck. Inside of the windows condensating.

Went down to the local RV shop and bought the putty tape to replace the gasket.

No leak now.

was going to post a picture but things have changed and it looks like it won't let me.
