Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Leaky fuel canister

Cant seem to get the fuel filter cap torqued properly, seems everytime the temp drops it leaks a lot of fuel, I've changed oring and cap and still leaking. I'm thinking maybe it has a hairline crack, can anyone tell me if this part is available anywhere else besides the dealer.

I think a dealer charges around $40 I think, been a while since I bought one. Genos sells one that is much better and will NEVER crack.
