Warning About Cast Iron Nv4500 Housings

My Westach fuel pressure gauge sending unit is leaking fuel out of both of the terminals on top. I tightened them but they still leaked, only slightly slower. I put o-rings on them that seemed to fix the problem for about two days. It is now leaking so bad again that the fuel is dripping on the ground beneath the truck (after I shut down until the pressure subsides). Amazingly, the gauge still seems to be totally accurate.

Has anyone else had this problem? The gauge is only about three years old. Can I get just the sending unit? I'm sure I can find some of these answers online but was curious if this has happened to anyone else and how you may have solved the problem.

Yep, it happens all too frequently. :( I carry 1 or 2 spare senders. You can get replacements from Geno's or directly from Westach - Geno's is less expensive.
