Newbie for 40'+ car hauler trailer needs advice

I have gotten into the habit of leaving my trailer (15,000lbs 5er) hooked to my truck for 4-5 days before I take it on the road. The trailer makes the truck sage to the overload springs. I was wondering if hooking it up for this extended period of time is bad for it?

Thanks,

JJ

It takes a couple minutes of holding the finger on a button to run the jacks down, I think I would spend the time and relieve some of the weight.

Does it hurt to leave it? Over time even spring steel will fatigue.
