LED Replacements for Standard Bulbs

of course your statement about led brake light bulbs are ineffectice is correct because they dont throw light like regular bulbs making light to look uniform is difficult unless there assembled on a circuit board with chrome reflectors.

Has anyone in recent years tried this? That is replacing all incandescant bulbs with high output LEDS?

I'm thinking about replacing the front turn signals, marker lights, rear turn signals, taillights, backup bulbs, bumper lights, glove box light, and interior dome light.

Yes, there are plenty of LED replacement bulbs available that are direct replacements for our incandescant bulbs. I was just wondering if anyone had done this before I spend $300 to outfit the entire truck...

For your '03, there are entire replacement taillights in LED. For us 1st gen, it's limited to bulb replacement only.
