LED's for trailer interior lamps

In our 5th wheel the interior lamps used are mostly #1141 with a reflector behind. I wonder if anyone has found an LED that would do that job, perhaps with lower current draw, less heat and even higher out put?

Goto Trucklite's site and look for LED lighting as they have a 4" sealed unit which I think will fit in place of your present light unit. They are called Super 40's and have six large LED's and I believe a high and low like a brake light. They should throw lots of light on high and only use 1/5th the juice, they will be a little pricy though. On the new Greyhound busses they have a wicked white

LED for the liscence plate, show up like a flouresent light but have no idea who makes it. PK
