A ship of fools...

My Sniper teamate got a new Rifle

I need help, Does any one know the # for Leer so I can talk to a person in the main office or in customer complaints. I have had a lot of problems with a dealer in Wichita Falls and I am going to talk to some else. There has to be a number some where to get help.

These are not cheap, to buy, any way, bed covers.

I bought the last one as the dealer has in (my option) the one that count for me, the worst customer service I have seen in a long time Thanks for any help Jim K

Good luck, Jim. The morons who installed my Leer tonneau cover scratched the heck out of my bed (2 weeks old). It wouldn't be a big deal, but I installed a Bedrug (which I should have done before the cover install), so my bed has never been touched since. If not for the scratches and gouges, my bed would still look like it did the day it rolled off the line. The response from the Leer dealer was basically tough crap. So I wrote a letter to Leer and never got any response at all - not a word. I wasn't even asking for anything - I just wanted them to know they had a real bonehead representing their product. I guess they don't care much about customer service. I will never buy anything from leer again - and I'll tell this story over and over to anyone who asks me about my cover. If they had just said sorry, then I'd be saying stuff happens. But their failure to respond speaks volumes to me.

post card

I too will write Leer but on a post card. It wont amount to much but I use a post card as everone reads it as it goes down the line. I will make it very color full .

I will keeping looking and when i get the numbers I will post it an Leer can go straight to ... . as far as I am concerned.
