left front axel shaft

I have broken a axle shaft. I am in the pan handle of FL at the present time. The truck is in a shop but they can't find a replacement for it. the P/N is 5015209AB can anyone help me out?

How'd that axle break? Too bad it wasn't the other 2 as I have a set I'm looking to get rid of.
