I've been dealing with Doug at ADT, and I believe he is the best person I've ever dealt with. I had some problems, and he always tried to make it right. He also responds to email almost instantly, which is amazing.

ADT is first rate. They are having start-up pains, so give them your business, you won't be sorry.

Ps. I don't say nice things about everyone, e. g. , I had a very bad experience with Stan's Headers that I documented on the TDR. I tell it like it is. ADT is great. Give them a shot.

Let's not forget Piers .

He has always taken the time to talk to me and explain the different approaches to Bombing my truck.

Also TST , Mark is as good as they come.

Brian,

Yes, Piers should be on the list. I was thinking about his turbo and contacted him about it. He was very good about giving me information and worked with me on the price. Unfortunately, I just couldn't spend the money on it right now. But I give Piers a big thumbs-up.

Can't let this one go by without mentioning Keith Long, the customer service I've had for his Powershot 2000 propane system is flat out great. Call him up, or email him. You'll be glad you did !

And many, many thanks to HVAC/Performance Diesel for all the help and great deals. Thanks, Taylor, and Brett, for the great service, and for coming up with such a slick little device for our benefit... .

Thanks to Dave & Loretta Mitchell of Enterprise Engine for treating me like a friend, not just as a customer, and getting my truck serviced with a high level of competence & experience.

Thanks also to Mark & Gina Chapple of TST for the same...

Piers

I was going to mention Piers in my original post as he has ALWAYS treated well in the past when he was working at BD however, I didn't think it was appropriate for me to comment yet since I haven't personally dealt with him since he started his own company, Piers Diesel Performance. I'm sure the level of customer service hasn't changed... especially since he has HIS reputation at stake.

Good luck Piers... I still need to get the money together for one of your new trick turbos. :) ... then I'll be able to comment

PS: I talked to Ean Putnum last night (currently in Baker, MT)... he is still very impressed with the trick turbo he purchased from you (BTW, he was one of the very first customers for this turbo).

The outfits that I have dealed with and have had great service from are: Bill Kondolay at DTT, Geno's, and Roy at Mag-Hytec, at any time that I have called with Questions, however dumb I have gotten their time and knowledge. :D :D Jack

PS

I appreciate the efforts Gordon of Practical Solutions has contributed to the Cummins cause. He's come up with some quality components with much more reasonable prices than others were charging, like the boost module, high idle controller, and idler pulley.

A while after I installed my boost module I started having some drivability problems. The ECM was defueling above 25psi sometimes and power felt flat. Sent the module back to Gordon and he quickly tweaked it up and returned it. Has worked great ever since :)

Also, John and Virginia Strenkowski aka "CPFF" they are are great people, and he is a MASTER machinist. His work is beautiful and they have always been helpful to me whenever i need stuff

I gotta chime in here and put in a plug for Mag-Hytec. If you haven't met Roy Rothlisberger in person, I hope you do, someday. He's a great guy. Mag-Hytec has been tremendously supportive of the TDR and always very generous with the doorprizes/award contributions at TDR functions like May Madness & the December Dieselfest.

Let's remember to support the companies who support the TDR!

Andy
