I used spray paint. 2 coats primer, sanded between. then 3-4 coats of black "Hammered" and then 3 light coats of clear.

I chipped the edges when mounting the tires and hammering on the wheel weights, but touched them up with the extra spray can. I just did this this week so well see how it holds up.

Hey Jason, that looks really good--nice idea. How's the paint job holding up??

Well except for the inner edge where the wheel slides over the hub and a couple of spots where a lug nut nicked the paint from zinging it off with an impack it looks great.

Ive got to stop being lazy and rotate them myself. Les Schwab does them for free, but youve got to turn your truck over to a pimpled faced kid who doesnt care. <center>

Here is a recent pic from a couple weeks ago. No close up of the wheel, but you get the drift.

Except for the toyo pull they are great. Outstanding weight rating. I tow a 10K+ 5th and it handles it very well. fairly quiet for a MT (compared to swamper/BFG/or goodyears) so far the tread seems to last.

The only complaints i have are a dead reight pull which ive been round and round with toyo and dodge with trying every solution except an off set Ball Joint, and i think they might be effecting my MPG slightly.

The ride is pretty good, no sidewall flex, and when aired down give good traction.

Thanks for the tire report.

An easy test is to move the right side tires to the left side. . "no front to back" and if the pull stays the same then its the truck. If it changes then you have some tire pull going on.
