things to decide now

Bud, you started this, so maybe you should decide a couple of things.



If a car NOT picked wins, does the highest finishing car that has been picked get the pot or will it be considered a no bet situation?



Also, if a car that has been picked wins and is later disqualified for tech reasons, what happens? If the 1st and 2nd place cars are both picked by one of us and 1st get's DQ'd, you need to have a plan in place so there are no hard feelings or misunderstandings.

if we only get 5-8 people then we could play that the driver who finishes the best will get the pot but I feel winner takes all is probably the cleanest way to do it. I am open to opinions.

I sure wish NASCAR would go back to 1970-type racing... or better yet a Euro-style Touring Car format... meaning, no flairs, no plastic... if it comes FWD, you race it FWD... if it comes 4cyl or V6, that's how you race it... strip the interrior, weld in the cage and go racing!! Back in the day, 'win on Sunday - sell on Monday' used to mean something. The cars you watch are NOT fords, or mopars or bow ties; they are all the same, with slightly different bodies. Heck, the insiders dont even call it racing anymore!! They call it, "The Show". Am not sure why you gentlemen are betting on this... . it's sorta like betting on either Hulk Hogan or the Masked Marauder. . LOL
