Let the bombing begin

Hi Guys!
I just joined and i am getting ready to make another bombing run. I have already redone the power window controls so that I can operate the windows with the drivers door open and key off. also changed to real back up lights and amber turn signals to rear. Brush guard on order. next run suspension. oh poor check book

Where can I find info on doing the window mod? That "feature" of DC's has irritated me to no end.

Hey tgbol, That window mod. sounds like a good one to do a little write up on and submit it to the TDR for us all to enjoy.
I could never understand why they wire the power windows so that you must have the ignition on to operate them.

I think the power windows are set up that way to inhibit theft.

If they can get to the switch they are already in the truck. I believe it's more of a safety reason for pets and children so they can't accidently hit the switch and get stuck in the window.
