I agree 100% with what you said. If he isn't likely to be an ongoing problem, then there's not much point in whitewashing him. I didn't get that out in my previous post, but I was thinking the same thing. I'd hate to label someone for a possibly issolated incident. That's where the benefit of the doubt comes in. There's no joy in judging someone only to find out later you were wrong.
