Got a brand new 28" 12 ga super sport for sale locally and on various sites.

I took my used SS to be caron wrapped at Gander Mt. and they messed it up several attempts so I got a new replacement.

I guess the disscusion is what benneli you guys use and what should I do with the new one. I rarely shoot targets only and want a black or camo gun for hunting the SS is just to flashy. I wanted to trade for a camo cordoba but that seems impossible not many to be found. Would a M2 even trade be too much of a down grade?

Any one want the SS shoot an email for details.

The Cordoba is a great gun... very fast.

I have a Super Black Eagle (black) that I never use anymore but loved when I was in pheasant country.

Have you checked out gunbroker or the other online sites yet?

I have a first gen. black SBE when they were made by Heckler & Koch. It is a duck & goose killing machine and really durable. If long pheasant shots are expected it also fills the bill. I've thrashed it and it just keeps on taking the abuse. It is a punishing gun to shoot 3 1/2 mags in all the time at under 7 pounds and it will not cycle most 2 3/4 inch target loads unless they are 1 1/8 oz 3 dram loads minimum, but overall it has been a great gun for the last dozen years. I would buy the SBE or the Beretta Extrema if I had to pick up a new shotgun for hunting ducks again today.

I bought my Step son a montefeltro and it is very light weight and excellent shooting 12ga.

I myself want a ss also.

I have a black eagle with walnut stock for my upland hunting and a black super black eagle for my waterfowl work. Both have performed flawlessly since I aquired them with trap or magnum loads. Benelli fan for life here.

yeah I had a old not sure if it was HK or newer super black eagle 1 and loved it but fell pray to theifs. I had not goten used to the SS yet. I plan on trading/selling it at a loss for a MAX 4 cordoba cause I love everything about the gun itself just cant care for a gun well enough to have the polished blue and nickle reciver. I crave the camo finish or even the matte black finish of the black one to be more durable and less prone to rust and scratches.

Bout like them old belgum brownings, to beautiful with the select walnut and deep blue to carry in the field...
