It would stand to reason that when raising the front to level the truck, the rear end would come down. Is that the case and is there much if any movement?

The movement of the rear would rotated around the rear axle, and would be minimal at best.

With a 2" spacer in front, you might drop a 1/2" to 3/4" at a ball hitch on the back, depending on the length of your truck. A 5th wheel height would be unaffected.

I've seen two approaches to levelling a 3500:

Raise the front (via spacers or new coils)

Lower the rear (via shorter blocks)

If towing, especially from a hitch in the bed, is a concern, lowering the rear may be the answer to address any clearance issues. There is a kit from Dodge that does this and preserves the necessary pinion angle on the rear end.
