Asking of those who have used leveling kits on the 2015 Ram, EcoDiesel,1500 crew cab, 4x4 without air supspension, what have you installed and what has been the results since installation? Been told not to use anything that raises more than 1.75 inches without changing the UCA's. Raising the vehicle loads the stock UCA's ball joints and are pron to faillure in as few as 1,000 miles. Was there any effect on the CV joints with what you did? Like to raise mine up a couple of inches, not so much as to level but to get the front bumper out of the rocks, brush and the parking lot concrete bumpers. Really don't what to do anything like a 4 inch lift, to old.
Also looking on information for what you have used in the rear along the line of air bags to help with leveling and ride when loaded or towing a trailer.

The inherent weakness of the 15oo front suspension makes it suitable for light duty (slow and careful)off road use only.

I did a lot of research before leveling my 2016 4x4 EcoDiesel. We can go 2.8" with no problems. I went with:
2" Front Leveling Spacer Set, #125-200-001 (Hell Bent Steel) I used their included top plate on top of the stock top plate which raised the front end 2 1/4"

For the rear I installed:
Timber Grove Rear Air Springs (Timber Grove Enterprises).
Air Lift WirelessOne Compressor System, #25870 (XPD). An automatic system that keeps your airbags at whatever psi you select with its remote.

A different subject but also on the rear:
Hellwig Rear Adjustable Sway Bar, #7709 (Suspension Connection). Stock is fine but this is better. Flat ride turning corners (no roll)

I installed Zone UCA's with Bilstien ride adjust struts at 2.7" in the front, Daystar 1" spacers with Bilstein 5100 shocks and Tuff Truck coils in the rear. I also run E rated 285/70/17's. All of this gives me a nice firm ride and better clearance without too much lift.

I looked around a lot until I found a way to add travel to the front end while preserving front wheel droop. I can't see why anyone would want to lift their truck without increasing wheel travel at the same time.

Do you have any part numbers to go with the items you have bought? Looking at the web sites there is still more options that could fit into the discription you gave on the items you bought and I don't want to get something different that what you have installed and tried. Have you had any problems since leveling it out? Any new suggestions or ideas of what you would have done different?

I found the following information in my computer archives.

UCA's: Heavy Duty Upper Control Arm Kit: 06-15 Ram 1500 ZOND2301
Shocks: 2 x 5100 Series (BE5-F813-H0) 0-1" Lift Rear (24-187374) (24-187374)
Struts:

[FONT=arial, sans-serif]I don't have the Daystar 1" spacer information handy, but they are easily spec'd for the coil sprung Dodge 4x4 1500.[/FONT]

[FONT=arial, sans-serif]Also, I purchased my Tuff Truck springs directly from Tuff Truck. I went for the 25% increase in load carrying capacity due to TT's recommendation. They say the 50% stiffer springs are best used if you always carry a load. [/FONT]There is still a minimal amount rake left on the truck, which is good because I don't want it to be/look nose high.

[FONT=arial, sans-serif] 1500 has been performing admirably while doing all the work I have asked of it with this set-up installed, including carrying over 1100 lbs of flooring, hauling cords of wood out of the mountains on deactivated roads, etc. [/FONT]
